Yin Yoga uses gravity to create passive stretches that are held for several minutes in order to work the deeper fascial tissue and to increase flexibility. Focus on breath helps to release muscular tension. Regular practice of Yin Yoga brings more serenity and resilience to everyday life.
Chanda Rule (voice) and Corinna Denk (hackbrett) will accompany our yoga sessions. After the yoga sessions there is the possibility to sing together.
